Problem: The one of the biggest international sales and marketing company providing direct marketing strategies and call center solutions in both the consumer and B2B segments had a problem with the supervisors who use a lot of multiple data providers and can hardly manage all of them.

Solution: The project consists of two large web-based solutions for call center administrators and agents, support integration with CTI services, both work in desktop and mobile. The solution includes work chat, statistic metrics, clients database and other data resources which can be viewed with a couple of clicks.
